I've only been working with Rick a short time but he helped me get our website up to date before an upcoming audit. Rick is very personable and professional. He was able to update our website well before my audit which was greatly appreciated. Job well done!!

I had an amazing experience working with Rick at Rockpoint Media to create and produce my artwork website. He completed it in a timely manner and was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I believe he went above and beyond for me. He is trustworthy, friendly, patient and extremely helpful especially since I had no knowledge myself on how to accomplish certain features I needed to know.

Rockpoint Media did a great job helping us update our b2b website and also add an ecommerce sales option for our software. What a diamond in the rough! Rick was referred to us by someone in our network and boy, did we score. He has been absolutely awesome to work with, very detailed oriented, responsive and ever so knowledgeable about WordPress. We had a very tight deadline with many moving parts and Rick got us over the finish line. In addition, some very peculiar things were happening on our site and he helped solve the mysteries and took corrective action. Rich did an amazing job on both redesigning my website as well as designing a new web site for me. He is also hosting both of my web sites. He is very hands on. He keeps an eye on my websites. He follows up with me to confirm when a lead comes in. If you have questions about your web site or would like to see how he can improve your web site or assist you in designing your web site he is your man! Many people promise you a lot, Rick has lived up to his word and follows thru! I highly recommend Rick!

We needed a site re-do. Ours was old, out of date, not mobile friendly, and on the ugly side. In less than 2 weeks, Rick had come back with a site that was modern, loaded fast, organized, and incorporated our new drone footage. This is a manufacturing site, which I did not expect Rick to fully understand, but he did.

He incorporated all of our manufacturing processes, made slideshows in the headers, and most importantly, made several SEO suggestions to make our site more search engine friendly.

Rick was always available for my phone calls. Rick submitted a new, modern, good looking workable site in a very short time frame, for what I considered a very competitive price. Definitely give him a call.

I was referred to Rockpoint Media by someone in my industry and it has been great working with Rick. He has taken the time to understand what I was looking for in my websites. He made suggestions on how to optimize the S.E.O., which in my opinion is the most important part of a website. A website can look perfect, but if nobody can find it, it's only good for sending and receiving emails. Rick has designed some awesome websites for me that have generated traffic and quality leads since the day they were launched. I had hired another person to build my website and it was an absolute disaster! It also took months to build a website that was very sub par. Luckily I found Rick and not only did he do an amazing job but he had the website done in two weeks. I own multiple businesses and because of that I have had a lot of websites built over the years…the website that Rick built for me is definitely the best so far!

So Rick Morse and I met through a professional networking group we are members of. I have a new product on the market and was launching a new Facebook page for my -SINK GENIE NO MESS P TRAP. I do OK on tech stuff but definitely NOT proficient !!
I called on Rick to "Fine tune" what I had started. And BOY did he !!
He took MY goals and made them part of what I wanted to create.
He TAUGHT me the understanding, language and INTENT of what I was trying to do.
He showed me how to maintain and create content and what tips would generate MAXIMUM interest.
MORE than anything he was PATIENT. I am "Old School" and NOT the best target for anything tech. He answered my questions ad nauseam AND explained the reasons behind his answers.
Rick is VERY knowledgeable and proficient at what he does.
He is also VERY reasonable in cost ! Definitely "More bang for the buck !!"
My page is tracking VERY well thanks to Rick !
Follow up by Rick has been EXCELLENT. I would recommend him to EVERYONE !!!

I’ve been fortunate enough to be working exclusively with Rick for my web design for close to a decade now. He has continued to go above and beyond in customer care for me as well as provide professional and very timely service. He continues to keep me updated on web-based nuances that may benefit me; which as a business owner who relies on web presence, I absolutely appreciate.
I have worked with various other web designers (and at one point even attempted to do things myself - big mistake), but Rick was able to take my “mess” and make it beautiful and functional. He is personable, very easy to work with and affordable (which I would not say about everyone). If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
